She is a course creator, public speaker, digital marketing business and performance coach, and a high-performance mentor.

Cassandra focuses on improvement - whether that be in health, fitness, mindset, business, finances, or overall well-being - she believes everything is figure-out-able and that there is no excuse to not operating at your best.

She loves everything outdoors, her pup, travel, and anything that gets the adrenaline and adventure pumping.
